what kind of dress is it?
I recently found a craiglist post of this dress (the thing on the right circled in red, pink is frumpy thing not great) and http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y12/Niccio813/2.jpg would buy this vintage dress until the vendor got fucked and he sold to someone else. I am totally disappointed, and I know there is no way to get that real. but im in it connected. is there a name for this kind of dress form, and style? if I could find the type of models it is, I would have recreated. thank you, Nicole
This particular style of dress is called a sheath. A manufacturer of sewing or pattern could recreate this dress for you, without much difficulty. Probably lucky you do not have this dress, it looks like it was damaged tissue from the underarm sweat (sometimes very difficult to fix).
