Knitting Pattern for mens sweater using Rainbow Boucle?
Would like to knit a mens sweater from the yarn Sensations Rainbow Boucle. It would be a large. I have 2 skeins (large 11 oz each). It would be a beginner or somewhat easy pattern.
You can really use any men's sweater pattern as long as you can get the gauge called for in the pattern with your yarn. You may have to try different needle sizes until you get this. Knit a swatch about 5'x5' and then measure how many stitches are in 4" and you should be able to figure out the gauge. If you go to a website for a mainstream yarn manufacturer you may have the best luck in finding a simple pattern to start out with.
For example...try www.lionbrand.com and search patterns or www.bernat.com
If you're feeling more adventurous...just try searching something like knit + pattern + mens + sweater and look for something similar in gauge in an easier pattern.
