What are the best sites to request free samples of fabric (preferably funky designs such as animal footprints)?
I'm always looking for fresh tissue to sew my own clothes, handbags, totes and. I also embellish jeans, jackets, etc. I like to use bold, funky fabric as animal prints, Orientals, ethnic and abstract patterns. Due to a limited budget, I need free samples before purchasing, that tissues often look different online. Fabric stores in my area are rare. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Beggers can not choose. If you need to do this online, chances are it will not be free. Drive a distance to find fabric stores. Or go to yard sales where a large number of times you can find great fabrics, and if it is curtains or other dresses you can always cut and sew what you want. That's what I do.
