How easy is it to sew clothes from a store-bought model?
Im tired of paying a fortune for some thing I can do. Plus, Im a stay at home mom looking for things to do during the day!
I would say it depends how good you are following directions and visualize things. With a sewing pattern that you just take a picture of the finished project and everything is sketches. It is also important to be good with a sewing machine. Sitch do right, etc. There are models with different levels of difficulty, so I that will look at the making of patterns. Start with an A line skirt for practice. Its an easy, but you used to patterns, interfaces, tissue, etc. secret to getting things to look professional finishing techniques. I started to really get into the sewing 7 years ago, and I have not stopped since. I will now create complex costumes and take some of my own models. Have fun!
