Does anyone have oval doily patterns they can share?

I need to find a nice oval doily to make for my mom. I have a few books, but I'm not too good at the kind that start by chaining like 56 and then use both sides of the stitches.

Check out the booklet called Delightful Doilies. The front cover of it has an oval doily that has 3 roses in the center a ruffly looking ribbon around them and then pineapples around the edge. I have given you the Leisure Arts site that shows the book. It is still available at Walmarts, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels. The doily may look intimidating, but it's really not all that hard. The worst part of it is weaving all the tails in since each pineapple is finished off seperately. But it is a VERY nice doily.
