how can i get REPLACEMENT birth certificates for my cabbage patch kids?
i have several dolls in boxes from my mom when she died. the birth certificates are missing. i remember some of the names, and want to get replacement certificates for them. my daughter is disabled, and we have started collecting the dolls again, and these need their certificates to complete them...
I have found many people will put those in a save place in a paper file or a box, when going through your mothers things look among the papers and letters.
