does anyone know about this vintage doll?
The doll was made in Brooklyn NY. The tag says Goldberger Doll Mfg.Co Brooklyn N.Y 11237 and the back of the head is stamped 14 B.T. and just underneath is the copyright symbol and EEGEE CO. This is a musical windup doll the song is rockabye baby and it is dressed in red with furry white trim like a Santa suit except it is also wearing a bib. The hair is reddish brown. It is very cute. I want to know when the doll was made ans its name if it has one and the value of the doll it is in well loved condition a little dirty but in really good shape no rips or missing fingers or the like.
I found a similar one on ebay. Doesn't look to be very valuable and was probably made in the late 60's Early 70's.
