four month old "snuggles" into crib corners?
wherever we place our baby in his crib,he always ends up scooting across the crib up against a corner or parrallell to the railing like he is trying to "snuggle" with the crib for body heat or something.He always kicks his blankets off . and we only place baby Afghans on him because they are "breathable" since 2 weeks ago he had a recieving blanket wrapped around his face and throat like a noose .... but even with a heavy pj outfit and Afghan he still "snuggles" with his crib borders.
Is this normal?
Yes, they like the comfort of having it next to their face. It reminds them of being in the womb.
I have a 9 month old and she still does that.
Just make sure you don't give him a huge blanket that can get twisted around his neck.
Give him a lightweight 12x12 blanket.
The smaller the better.
